I'm known for building high-performing teams that solve problems where others have struggled. I solve complex business problems through strategy, sound engagement management, and scaled technology. I've done that as a people manager, and engineering manager, and a program manager, but most often as an engagement manager for organizations I ran, as a technology leader for established and early-stage companies, and as a consultant acting as part of senior leadership teams to steer projects and companies.
