My background includes 17+ years in law enforcement, with experience supervising and investigating critical incidents, officer-involved shootings, and complex criminal matters. I’m an active police supervisor of a major crimes unit. I also provide consulting services and expert review involving use of force, officer-involved shootings, and critical incidents, with particular attention to timing, decision points, human performance, and what body-worn camera footage can — and cannot — reliably show.
