Dr. Ken Matos

As Director of People Science at Culture Amp, Dr. Matos leads a global team of psychologists and researchers to provide clients with actionable advice on collecting, understanding, and acting on employee feedback through evidence-based methodologies. He educates and coaches the Culture Amp community and speaks to mainstream media on the strategic impact of emerging trends in workplace culture and employee experience. Prior to joining Culture Amp, Dr. Matos provided technical and strategic leadership on a wide range of workforce and workplace research and consulting projects in U.S. commercial and military environments.
