Dr. Ulrich Weber

I’m Dr. Ulrich Weber, a licensed psychological psychotherapist (CBT), trauma therapist and digital mental health expert based in Germany. I hold a PhD (Dr. phil.) with a research focus on online burnout prevention and have worked clinically across a wide range of mental health conditions. My main areas of expertise include anxiety disorders, depression, burnout and stress-related conditions, trauma and PTSD, as well as access barriers to mental health care. Alongside classical cognitive behavioral therapy, I have additional training in clinical hypnosis and stress management.
