Dr. Breanna Reeser

Brea is a Doctor of Integrated Behavioral Health (DBH) dedicated to providing mind–body approaches for meeting life's challenges. A devoted mindfulness practitioner and yoga enthusiast, she has committed her career to suicide prevention and psychedelic safety, drawing on both years of personal experience and her work with hundreds of clients. She wrote the Walking Meditation meditations during one of the most challenging periods of her life—between careers, in a new city, with no income, and grieving the sudden death of her sister. Walking Meditation is her love letter to her family, her friends, and the world—filled with the words she needed to hear while searching for meaning and purpose in hard times.
