Empowering people to be the best version of themselves because I live for the ripple effect. When I was little, I dreamt of being a scientist that found the cure for a specific disease, but now that I have lived a little I realize that what I really want is to make a big positive impact in the world. Years of working in healthcare and behavior change has taught me that we don’t get impact like that by doing it alone- in fact, growing and empowering people, teams, executives, coaches.. that’s where the big impact is!
