Dr. Ben Garrett

I am a doctoral-trained clinical counsellor and published sleep researcher with experience working in both public and private mental health settings. I currently work as a Director of Counselling and Training at the Chilliwack Youth Health Centre and also maintain a private practice with Vedder Counselling supporting individuals, families, and youth. My clinical interests include sleep, trauma, neurodiversity, mental health, and family dynamics, with a focus on translating psychological research into practical, real-world support.
