I’ve spent 10 years riding the exciting-and-trying ups-and-downs of the start-up experience. I would characterise myself as versatile, having experience in software, hardware, automation, vision systems, algorithms and new materials product development. I’m not limited only to engineering management, but also have experience in company building in both Australia and China, business & strategic planning, grant / funding management, and essentially most aspects of running a small growing cross-border company. After graduating with a PhD in Physics with expertise in optical and vision systems, I started in the medical device field.
