Founder and owner of EleMental Integrative Psychiatry, I am dedicated to women’s mental health and helping women thrive with traditional psychiatric medicine and research-backed natural and complementary interventions. I’m passionate about mentoring and teaching medical students and residents about reproductive and integrative psychiatry to shape the next generation of psychiatrists. My medical education was completed at Georgetown University School of Medicine. My Psychiatry residency training was done at University of California, San Diego, where I served as a chief resident in my final year.
