Dr. Mu-Tor K. Flood is an industrial-organizational psychologist, scholar, educator, author, researcher, filmmaker, and community advocate. He earned a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and currently serves as Chair and Assistant Professor of Psychology at Bethune-Cookman University. In these roles, Dr. Flood provides academic and administrative leadership while advancing the university’s commitment to educational excellence, student development, research, and community engagement.
