I am a physical therapist and private practice owner in Arlington, VA specializing in helping runners, swimmers, and triathletes to create sustainable practices for a lifetime of activity. My practice is built not only on expert orthopedic advice, but on providing accountability and partnership for sustainable change. I started my physical therapy journey as a patient. While training for a triathlon, I found myself with persistent knee & shoulder pain that sidelined me from all exercise that I knew how to do. That experience taught me what it was like to feel totally out of commission: unable to perform in sport, sleep well, relieve stress, and show up fully at work and in relationships.
