Diego Carmona

Diego Carmona is a Brazilian serial entrepreneur who spent over two decades building software companies before co-founding leadlovers in 2015, a marketing automation platform that grew to tens of thousands of customers across 50 countries. He sold the company to Nuvini in 2021 and later took part in the process that brought the group to the Nasdaq in 2023. Today he is founder and CVO of Autobots Ventures, a venture builder focused on SaaS and AI, where he has backed more than 20 startups. He is also the author of the book Visionários and mentors technical founders on turning engineering skill into scalable, sellable businesses.
