I'm the founder and editor of NeuriFuel, an evidence-based publication covering brain health, cognitive enhancement and neuro-nutrition. My work is methodological rather than clinical: I read the primary literature behind supplement and nutrition claims and report what it does and doesn't show — including null results, industry funding, and the gap between a compound's mechanism and its actual human evidence. A recurring theme in my writing is dose arithmetic: how often a label names an active compound without stating whether there's enough of it to do anything.
