I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working as a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor in private practice. I specialize in anxiety, complex trauma, and self-esteem in 20/30-somethings. My working style is holistic and integrative, in that multiple modalities targeting both the mind and body may be used depending on presenting concerns. The most common modalities I use are CBT, EMDR, DBT, and Internal Family Systems therapy. My additional areas of interest include relationships, transitions, and women's issues. Prior to joining a private practice, I worked in career counseling, case management, and with loved ones of those with borderline personality disorder.
