David is a former Chair of the New York City Bar Association's Professional Responsibility Committee. As a legal ethics authority, David has been called upon to participate in programs dealing with complex legal ethics, character & fitness and attorney grievance issues. These programs have included events sponsored by: New York State Character and Fitness Committee for the First Judicial Department, Practicing Law Institute, American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, New York City Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers’ Association, Association for Professional Responsibility Lawyers, Fortune 500 companies and various national law firms.
