David Osipov

David Osipov is an independent cybersecurity researcher, B2B product leader, and Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of The Flip. He discovered and coordinated the disclosure of CVE-2026-14440, a vulnerability involving Cloudflare Universal SSL and the enforcement of DNS Certificate Authority Authorization policies. His areas of expertise include PKI, TLS, DNS CAA, Internet infrastructure, AI search, generative engine optimization (GEO), knowledge graphs, structured data, and evidence-backed entity representation. He also created and maintains tdlib-obf and contributes to the Telemt open-source ecosystem.
