David Lewarchik

Mr. Lewarchik specializes in civil and criminal appeals in state and federal court, habeas corpus petitions, and post-conviction relief in Illinois and throughout the country. Attorney Lewarchik is committed to providing excellent representation to clients across the country. After graduating from law school, Mr. Lewarchik worked as a staff attorney for the Illinois First District Court of Appeals. Thereafter, the Honorable Denise O’Malley, Justice of the Illinois Appellate Court, appointed him as her judicial appellate clerk.
