David D’Arcangelo is President & CEO of Arc Angel Communications LLC, Angel Buttons LLC, and Robot Goal Federation LLC. Legally blind from a young age, David has built a career defined by leadership, creativity, problem solving, public service, and private-sector innovation. His public record includes service as a Presidentially appointed member of the National Council on Disability, Commissioner of the Massachusetts Commission for the Blind, Director of the Massachusetts Office on Disability, and three-term City Councilor At-Large.
