Dave Gemmill

Dave Gemmill is the founder and president of D.E. Gemmill, a pavement markings and maintenance company based in Red Lion, PA. Dave began working with parking lot line striping in 1985. In 1986, he founded Traffic Line Painting Systems, which would later be incorporated as D.E. Gemmill, Inc. The company began to grow, and Dave expanded from parking lots into roadway line painting, traffic sign installation, sealcoating, and crack sealing services. Today, D.E. Gemmill operates in more than five states across the Mid-Atlantic region, including a PennDOT- and Maryland-certified sign shop, and serves customers seeking parking lot striping, line painting, bollards, and more!
