My professional path centers around elevating the professional standards for Yoga Teacher Training, Mentorship and Yoga Therapy, and integrating our work into a comprehensive healthcare environment. I’m teaching Yoga since 1998 and training in authentic Yoga in the Tradition of Krishnamacharya and Desikachar at Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in South India since 2001. Under the guidance of TKV Desikachar and his family and primary students, I have learned to assess students and implement realistic practices and tools to boost internal, familial, professional, and social wellbeing in their lives.
