Daniel Gaskins

Daniel Gaskins is the founder of SyncABill, an invoice-processing platform that uses Gemini to extract accounting data and route invoices through configurable human review before syncing to QuickBooks or Xero. He has built applied machine learning systems across document processing, computer vision, ecommerce pricing, and agent automation, with a focus on evaluation, security, and the point where AI output becomes a real operational decision. He also runs Casabauhaus, a vintage furniture business, giving him firsthand experience using automation inside a small business.
