I'm Colton Wiles, owner of SoftwareCW, a digital software retailer serving personal, business, government, and educational customers. I built my expertise in e-commerce and software distribution through hands-on experience, including plenty of hard lessons along the way. My skill set spans new business development, P&L management, and supply chain logistics, alongside a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making: I work hands-on with data analytics, business intelligence, and web analytics via Google Analytics to guide strategy. On the marketing side, I manage online advertising and SEM campaigns, running PPC and SEO efforts through Google Ads, Google Webmaster tools, and Bing Ads.
