Cem Oztas

(Cem, pronounced "Gem") Cem Oztas is co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of HURT!, a structured musculoskeletal access platform built inside orthopedics. He architected the infrastructure that turns unstructured injury intake into standardized, routable data across employer, workers' comp, and orthopedic networks — with clinicians accountable at every step. He leads HURT!'s engineering, data, and security roadmap.
