As the President & CEO of Leadership 360, I have a passion for helping leaders break through barriers and achieve things they thought were impossible. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment for my clients to explore their leadership potential and progress toward their goals. In addition to my coaching practice, I also love advising leaders on how to build high performing teams and navigate major market and talent shifts as well as driving major cultural changes that deliver business value.In my free time, I enjoy volunteering in my local community helping women in need, playing tennis with my husband and traveling with my family (always have a trip on the books!).
