I am a loyal and committed leader in diversity and inclusion who is passionate about creating strategies that are built on the authentic purpose to foster a genuine and sustainable culture of equity and equality for all.My experience has centred around the creation of a comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategy including conception, implementation and continuous evolution, leading to the additional co-development of a complete Environmental Social Governance practice. I have management experience and a proven track record in hiring, training and developing team talent.
