C.Kimberly Toms was a victim of a multitude of crimes enacted by an acquaintance, a serial offending supervisory special agent for the U.S. government. In attempting to report these crimes, she encountered shocking negligence in the Justice System. These secondary acts were at the hands of police officers, state courts and so-called “victim advocacy,” in addition to the highest law enforcement agencies in the land.
