Brinya Kydd MS, RD

Greetings! I am Brinya Kydd, a graduate of Florida State University (FSU). I obtained my Master's degree in Exercise Physiology and Sports Nutrition, and earned my CDR Certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD). I am passionate about applying evidence-based nutrition to optimize health and athletic performance. I’m particularly interested in working hands-on in sports performance, program development with digital applications, and research, where I can merge my analytical mindset with my love of helping individuals and teams reach their goals. I am eager to begin growing as a clinician and RD, and I welcome opportunities for mentorship, collaboration, and networking within the fields of sports nutrition, performance programming, and applied research.
