Brian Kennedy

I’m a construction manager with over 16 years of experience in both civil and structural engineering, Autocad design, permitting, and construction. I have worked on large bridge projects for major clients such as Skanska, Brasfield & Gorrie, Toll Brothers, and other large developers. I currently manage the Construction Department at York Bridge Concepts, the Nation’s leading timber bridge builder. In this role I focus on ensuring the department’s goals are met and project managing anywhere from 40-50 concurrent bridge projects. I also co-manage 6 field crews of about 20 carpenters. Successes include increasing production by 25%-40% yearly and project management of over 500 bridge projects in a 10 year period.
