Currently building the Animi app, addressing probably the most overlooked emotional health problem today that I previously struggled with myself - alexithymia. Close to 1 billion people in the world are affected by alexithymia, a severe disconnection from emotions. Alexithymia significantly reduces the effectiveness of therapy, leads to worse quality of life and relationships, and is even a comparable risk factor for cardiovascular disease as smoking.
