I work on applied AI and agentic systems, with a focus on what it takes to run them reliably in production. In practice, model capability is rarely the limiting factor. The harder problems are around tool use, evaluation, observability, and making agent behavior predictable over time. That is the space I spend most of my time in. At Salesforce, I built and own a Slack-based agentic workflow platform used by 8+ engineering teams. It supports 20+ workflows and handles 300+ requests per day, and has reduced operational cycle time by 30%. A lot of my work is in making these systems hold up under real usage.
