Beth Thompson is the founder of Lux Symbolica SASU, a Paris-based independent authority in B2B rare hair sourcing and curation, established in 2019. She holds an IATSE Local 706 Gold Card — the Hollywood Makeup and Hair Union's highest membership designation — and is a two-time recipient of the Hollywood Guild Awards for both Theatrical Hair and Theatrical Makeup. ​ Her career spans four decades across the highest tiers of international performance production.
