I have experience providing therapeutic services for children, adolescents, and adults, with a special concentration in couple and family work. Some of my areas of experience and training include relationship concerns, communication difficulties, conflict, anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, parenting skills and concerns, difficult life transitions, and infidelity. While I choose my approach based on the needs of my client, I love using a eclectic theoretical modality with a concentration in Emotionally Focused, General Systems, and Narrative Therapies in my work.
