I’m a multi-award-winning workplace designer, neuroinclusive design consultant and founder of Sonda Studio, with over 13 years’ experience in workplace design. My interest in neuroinclusive design grew from my own experience of how significantly workplace environments can affect how we feel and function. Today, my work explores the relationship between people and place, specialising in sensory-led, neuroinclusive workplace design that recognises we all experience space differently.
