With over 25 years of experience in executive search, I am a Practice Director at Westwood & Wilshire, a boutique executive search and fractional services firm where I lead the private equity and venture capital practice supporting clients in life sciences, healthcare, and technology. I develop and execute executive searches for C-Suite, general management, operations, human resources, IT, product, sales and marketing, working with clients ranging from Seed level to middle-market venture-backed startups.
