I listen, learn, and, craft meaningful content in order to gain the awareness of top recruits from competitors - similar to why NBA franchises invest in their organizations to be a “Top Free Agent Destination.” I enjoy finding and putting the puzzle pieces together of how something (Organizations) or someone (Employee/Athlete) come to be.
