Andrew Underhill is the founder and owner of Emery Custom Builds, a custom van conversion shop based in Costa Mesa, California. Since launching the company in 2023, Andrew has designed and built custom conversions on Mercedes Sprinter, RAM ProMaster, and Ford Transit platforms for clients ranging from weekend adventurers to full-time van lifers. Andrew oversees every aspect of the build process, from initial consultation and design through electrical systems, plumbing, custom cabinetry, and final quality testing.
