Andrea McTague is a registered psychologist and the founder of ShiftGrit, a psychology and therapy company built around making the therapy experience clearer, more structured, and easier to understand. Her founder story began with her own frustrating experience as a therapy client. After searching through long directories, meeting multiple counsellors, and spending money on sessions that often felt unclear or disconnected from meaningful progress, she became determined to build something better.
