I’m Danielle Wiggins, a somatic psychotherapist Founder of Space Takes Practice, an embodied psychotherapy practice based in Santa Monica, California. I often work with thoughtful, self-aware adults who have spent years trying to understand themselves through therapy, reflection, creativity, or personal exploration, and still find that their bodies carry tension, overwhelm, or patterns that insight alone hasn't shifted.
