For the past 15 years, I have worked in government, education or nonprofit as a teacher, social worker, therapist or case manager. I began developing my interest in serving the mental health and wellness community during my sophomore year of college when I was a Resident Advisor (RA). I have worked with children & youth from 0 - 21, college students, older adults, veterans, people who have been experienced incarceration, and parents. I have particular experience with navigating chronic illnesses, disabilities and sexuality.
