Alice Smeets

Alice Smeets is the Founder and Director of The Inner Shift Institute, where she guides legal psilocybin retreats and programs designed to help people release trauma, work through unprocessed emotions, and shift long-held patterns. She has years of experience with trauma-informed facilitation, emotional intelligence, and psychedelic-assisted therapy. Alice is also the host of the Shift Within podcast and an award-winning photographer.
