I'm Alice Sanchez, co-founder of Stair Creations & Flooring, a stair, railing, and hardwood flooring company serving Alexandria, Fairfax, and homeowners across Northern Virginia. A big part of my role is helping make the business and client side of each project clear before anyone starts taking apart a staircase or floor. I help homeowners understand the next step, share the right project details, get rough pricing, schedule consultations, and move from an initial conversation into a proposal that actually fits their home. Before working full-time in the business, I built my background in accounting and assurance, including time at EY, and studied at George Mason University's School of Business.
