Having spent over a decade in the legal profession, Uday has a client portfolio which is both diverse and all-encompassing. His prime work includes various contractual services for embassies in India, corporate restructuring and advisory for the largest security and facility service companies in the world as well as mentoring and structuring for start-up ventures and funds.
