Founder, COO, CEO, Chairman, Business Advisor, Entrepreneur and eCommerce Retailer Currently Director of Inspyer Lighting, a lighting design firm and eCommerce retailer for some of the world's most iconic lighting brands. 2001-2017 Founder of Excelian, an IT professional services business focussed on the FinTech sector. I oversaw its transition into one of the UK's fastest growing and award winning technology companies with an annual turnover in excess of $60m and 400 staff across offices in London, New York, Toronto, Frankfurt, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Sydney and Melbourne. In February 2015, as Chairman, I led the successful sale of the business to Luxoft Holding Inc.
