Adrian Liu

Adrian Liu is a PRC-licensed lawyer based in Xiamen, China. He works for foreign brands, importers and e-commerce sellers who buy from Chinese factories. His work covers NNN agreements, manufacturing contracts and supplier checks before a client pays. When a deal goes wrong, he handles disputes over deposits, quality, molds and trademarks in Chinese courts. He checks each contract against Chinese law, Chinese court rulings and his own cases. So far he has worked on more than 200 commercial agreements. In court, he has handled 74 supplier-dispute lawsuits and 136 trademark lawsuits. Before he was admitted in 2021, he was legal director at foreign-owned machinery and food companies in China. He works in English and Chinese.
