Aaron Solly is a mental wellness coach, author, and founder of Engage Coaching Group. His work is shaped by lived experience. For years, he struggled with low self worth, self doubt, and depression while trying to keep up the appearance of having it together. That changed when he stopped looking for external fixes and started doing the internal work, questioning his thinking, facing difficult patterns, and rebuilding from the inside out. Today, Aaron works primarily with men in high pressure careers, especially sales, who feel stuck despite outward success. His approach is direct, practical, and grounded in real life application, not theory.
